CHAPLAINCY COURSE / STARTING WEDNESDAY 18 APRIL / 7.30PM / COLNE AVENUE BAPTIST CHURCH 
Southampton City Mission in conjunction with Love Southampton are delivering a Basic Course in Chaplaincy beginning at 7.30 On Wednesday 18th April at Colne Avenue Baptist Church, Millbrook, Southampton. The course will be run over 8 sessions between then and mid July.

CHILDREN'S AND YOUTH LEADER TRAINING / TUESDAY 5 JUNE / 7.30PM - 10.00PM / THE LIFE CENTRE, DUKES ROAD, SOUTHAMPTON
A training session for anyone involved with children's and youth work at church - whether paid or voluntary - to learn more about working with and supporting children who are fostered or adopted. LEVEL 2 INTRODUCTION TO COUNSELLING COURSE STARTING FEB 2018 / CENTRAL HALL
This course is provided by Central Counsellingand Training Service whose dual purpose is to
provide counselling, group work and accredited Christian counselling courses guided by values,
aims and methods consistent with biblical teaching.
It is recognised by the Association of Christian counsellors and is intended as preparation for
the Certificate in Counselling (OCN Level 3).

FEMALE VOLUNTEER COUNSELLORS NEEDED
The Waterfall is looking for female volunteer counsellors to train at our expense in the use of the Genesis Process in return for providing at least 2 hours of weekly one to one with a Waterfall client for up to a year. Genesis provides both a biblical and neurochemical understanding of addiction and recovery. The Waterfall provides addiction recovery support for women. VOLUNTEER INTERN
Thornhill Baptist Church would like to appoint a Volunteer Intern for a year to contribute to the life, vision, ministry and leadership of the church.  You will have opportunities to serve primarily within the youth and children’s ministry of the church but also to explore other areas of involvement.  The aim is to allow you to explore your areas of gifting and calling and so the exact role description will depend very much on the person appointed.  You will be volunteering alongside a staff team and as part of that team will assist in the daily life and running of a lively church. FRIENDS INTERNATIONAL STAFF WORKER 
Friends International Southampton is looking for a Staff Worker to join the team (at least 2-3 days a week up to part time depending on personal support) and fulfil a vital role in helping and equipping evangelical churches in the city to engage in international student ministry. This will involve working with the Centre Team Leader and volunteers to develop the ministry further. Personal evangelism and discipleship with international students will be a key component of the work, as you seek to provide a model for others. Closing date: 09.00 on Tuesday 29th May 2018
