OCTOBER...
THANKS FROM CAP
See note below from John Kirkby (Founder of Christians against Poverty)
Thank you so, so much – for praying for us, encouraging us and standing with us. On BBC2 last Friday the message from The Debt Saviours went out loud and clear: with Jesus and his Church, there is always hope.
It is through the local Church that desperate and vulnerable people find hope, freedom and a fresh start, and with upwards of a million UK citizens living in destitution, there is so much need. Following the documentary, this week we’ve been overwhelmed. On Monday 8 October alone we booked in 87 new clients but had to turn away 62 people in desperate need because we didn’t have a partner church available to help them. These people are looking to the church for hope.
If, like us, you have a passion to serve and include the poorest, book your complimentary church consultation today. With your local church partnership specialist, you will assess the needs in your area and learn what partnering with CAP involves. You could be training a team as early as March next year (limited spaces remaining) to bring life transforming help to some of the poorest people in the UK.
Once again, thank you for your support and prayers and I hope to see you soon.
Get started now with your
complimentary church consultation.

JOB VACANCY - WORSHIP PASTOR
We are a thriving evangelical Anglican Church and you can be the person who can help us fulfil God’s vision for our community. We have agreed to become a church-planting church, a Resource Church, aiming to plant a church every three to four years. Rising to that challenge will require us to develop many more leaders than ever before, particularly among our worship teams.
We need you to be part of this ambition for God. Your role would be to lead worship in our contemporary services and to raise and release other worship servants and worship leaders.
Raising new worship leaders is a key task, as is using music as a tool in the mission.

website here!

ACCOMMODATION REQUESTED
Can you help to provide a room? Joshua is an 18 year old Christian who has recently joined the 2 year scholarship programme at Eastleigh FC. He is currently staying with relatives but this isn't possible after Christmas. It is too far for him to commute from his home in Essex and so he is looking for a room near Eastleigh or within easy travelling distance on the bus or train. He is not earning but could offer a weekly rent, though could not afford full rental rates. It would be term time only and weekends are negotiable. If you are able to help then please contact Josh on 07951593358 or joshuagarraway963@gmail.com or his mother, Hilary on 07984938093 or hostenhilary@ntlworld.com Thank you.
