Children and Family Pastor Vacancy
Highfield Church in Southampton is a thriving Anglican Church with a lively & significant ministry among young people. We are looking for an experienced Children & Family Pastor to help lead the Children and Youth Team. We can offer:
The opportunity to be part of an exciting, growing children’s ministry;- A new role that extends the children’s ministry to include families.
- The support of a large staff team and church;
- A varied and interesting set of leadership and management responsibilities;
- A salary of £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a mature Christian faith and a strong pastoral gifting;
- Has the heart and vision for working with children and families;
- Would be able to work within an Anglican Church committed to renewal.
- Can work on Sundays.
- Has proven experience ministering to children.
