About

Portswood Church is a well-established evangelical church in Southampton with an all age congregation.

The church's stated mission is to "glorify God by turning people into fully devoted followers of the Lord Jesus Christ".

Our core values are the centrality of Christ, bible-based teaching, dependence on God in prayer, worldwide mission and caring for one another. 

Our main Sunday services are at 10.30am (during which there is a crèche and groups for young people) and 6.30pm. 

Other regular activities include, but are by no means limited to, weekly home groups, youth groups, church prayer meetings, a missionary support group, a parent and toddler group, Christianity Explored courses and an outreach Breakfast Club on third Saturday of the month.
